Meridian does not use public voting systems, popularity rankings, streaming metrics, follower counts, or automated scoring as determining factors in award decisions.

Submission fees support operational infrastructure, jury administration, platform development, and long-term sustainability. They do not guarantee nomination, finalist placement, or award recognition.

Meridian also reserves the right not to award a category if the jury determines that the required standard of distinction has not been met.
