Early Bird Entry opens.
Applicants receive a 20% discount on all eligible submissions until 31 August.

No further submissions are accepted during the standard entry period.

Semi-finalists Announced
Selected submissions progress to the semi-final stage.
Late Entry opens.

Late Entry Window
Applications reopen for a limited period.
Late Entry submissions incur a 20% surcharge.
Applications close permanently at 23:59 UTC on 31 January.

Finalists Announced
Five finalists are announced for each competitive category.
The Meridian Distinction may recognise a variable number of finalists at the jury's discretion.

Meridian Awards Gala
Winners are announced and the Meridian Awards are presented.
