Ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in uploaded creative works remains with the Entrant, except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing. The rights granted to Meridian in relation to Submissions are governed by our Submission Licence Agreement.

Entry fees are processed securely by Stripe.
Meridian does not collect, process or store your payment card details.
We may receive limited payment information from our payment provider for the purpose of administering the Awards, including:

- Promotion of the Awards in accordance with our Awards Entry Terms and Conditions and Submission Licence Agreement
All Submissions are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised Meridian personnel and authorised Judges, where necessary for the administration of the Awards.
The rights granted to Meridian in relation to Submissions are governed exclusively by our Submission Licence Agreement.
10. Sharing Your Information
Meridian shares Personal Data only where necessary to operate the Website, administer the Awards, comply with legal obligations or deliver our services.
Depending on the circumstances, your Personal Data may be shared with:

- Authorised Judges
- Payment providers

Authorised Judges receive only the information necessary to evaluate Submissions.

Authorised Judges may be located outside the United Kingdom and may securely access relevant Submissions through Meridian's controlled judging platform and secure storage systems.
